Structural changes towards greener markets are clear and technological progress is moving fairly quickly, but despite this global economic growth is still far from being truly green. More consistent and stricter political framework conditions are needed and technological problems remain. Green markets need to expand further and consumption behaviour needs reforming so that eco-efficiency gains are not lost. Nevertheless the current dynamics towards Green Growth are high and create huge opportunities and risks for companies and investors.
