This document reports on the findings of a business breakfast organised in January 2010 with the view of identifying the fiscal, legal and infrastructural arrangements for the City to continue to be the global centre for carbon trading. The breakfast brought together some of the City’s pre-eminent thought leaders in the field of carbon trading and carbon finance in the aftermath of the COP 15 conference.
