Hi Aidan - thanks for your feedback. I agree that we have a way to go with the Meta-Commerce programme and the workshop was just the start of a collaborative process we hope to continue into 2013 and beyond. We have a better focus as a result of the discussion but there is certainly still scope for refining exactly how we pursue those research areas. I look forward to your continued contribution!
