The Global Sustainable Competitiveness Index scores and ranks 176 countries according to their capability to sustain or increase wealth in a resource-constraint, globalised world. The Sustainable Competitiveness Index is based on the adaption of the ESG model to country level, with adjustments to fundamental pillars and indicators to measure sustainability- based competitiveness of a country. This second edition covers 176 countries, based on 73 indicators across four pillars - natural capital, resource intensity & efficiency, social cohesion and sustainable innovation.
